Neemrana fort is probably one of the first locations that comes to mind when planning a palace wedding in India. It is indeed an ideal location for a grand ceremony, and a wedding photographer’s heaven. I’ve been super busy in the last month and haven’t posted in a long time, so a good way to re-start is with images from Sonejuhi and Aaron’s amazing wedding at Neemrana fort palace in Rajasthan.
Over a couple of days we were all transported away from the daily realities and sent back in time, wandering the corridors of this ancient fort, having tea overlooking the majestic plateau, and being witnesses to this fantastic wedding. For the family and friends that came all the way from the east coast of the US, this was an unforgettable experience, and as Aaron’s father said on the last evening; “this was the destination wedding of a lifetime”.
Concealed in a horseshoe formation of the Aravalli ranges, Neemrana Fort-Palace is Rajasthan’s closest palace from New Delhi. It is only about 120km on the Delhi-Jaipur highway, but as you can see, it isĀ light years away from Connecticut.
Here is to you Sonejuhi and Aaron.

You are so talented. I love the landscape/architectural imagery as well as the people photography. Great work.
Amazing richness of colour and tone in perfect complement to the wedding attendees’ richness of spirit! Found your beautiful photography through Seshu Weddings in Connecticut USA

CONGRATS, Aaron! These pictures are spectacular — you look no less than a maharaja yourself. Wish you both the very best!
As beautiful as it looks today, I remember about 15 years ago this property was in ruins till the new owners decided to spruce it up. My dad was in the classification committee and was very happy to see the results. So Bravo !
