This was definitely one of the weddings I had the most fun at since I started documenting weddings in India. Nishant and Smiti are one of those couples who had fun in their wedding, which is NOT a regular thing in India, as some of you might already know. I am not judging the arranged-marriage system as it has it’s upper side, (and it seems to work just as well), it is just that a love marriage looks and feels very different 
Nishant and Smiti were married in Delhi on one of the first warm evenings of the year after the Delhi winter was over. I loved the fact that they had royal Moghul-style outfits made for all their family and friends. Simply a wonderful production.
This is just a small teaser form their wedding images. simply impossible to show only this as there are SO many more great and fun pictures.
I’m going to shoot a wedding at the Lake Palace (Jag Mandir) in Udaipur this weekend and will post some more images from Nishant and Smiti’s wedding when I come back.
